Lol no, you do have an idea about the food subsidies that poor receive in India that amount to some 800 million people? If not, do refrain from such grandiose predictions of revolution. When was the last time india revolted for such reasons? Umm almost never regarding employment and such. And they specially won't as long as they are receiving food and subsidised fuel (LNG cylinder) from government.

Employment isn't really something that can make Indians revolt. It's mostly religion. Wanna know when did india revolted against British in a huge way? It wasn't for normal atrocities, lol no. It was when they found pork and beef are used with cartridges and they( Muslims and Hindus) had to take it in mouth to use it. Yeah religion made them revolt against British.

As for violent revolutions against government for failing to provide jobs, make livable cities, doing their basic job?? Lol we don't do that here. There's just no precedent for it.
If that’s the case, then the government will never see the need to fix itself and turn more towards religiosity as a buffer from actual policy failures.

Both Chinese and Indians have strict social hierarchies but the difference is
Chinese have the Mandate of Heaven and Meritocracy engrained into their culture that allows talent and skill to rise and bad governments to be overthrown.

India’s problems are deeply cultural because it more upon society vs the state to govern. Which is why it tends to have weaker, decentralized state and difficulty enforcing policy. So even if the caste system is not official law, the idea of entrenched social classes and inequality, emphasis of the spiritual world and impurity of the physical means focusing sophism vs logic or policies directed at clean and high prestige projects like office work vs manufacturing is embedded into how Indians think.

What India needs is a Cultural Revolution to forcibly remove ancient superstitions and backwards practices. However it is doubtful Modi with BJP are going to ever do that because they’re Hindu Nationalists.

After all, having a deep and sophisticated culture can be hinder to change like teaching an old employee new processes because it has to unlearn what it already knows first. Sometimes it’s better to restart from zero like respecializing your talent tree from Wizard to Warrior. Even for China it was a very bitter and hard medicine to swallow but we know the Indian government will take the easy way out kicking the can down the road.

Indians are as usual, delusional. What is Russia going to do with a rupee surplus worth of $40 billion when India accounts for only 2% of world's exports?

Might as well as stock up on RMB and buy everything you want from China
The Russians are Orthodox Christian, they don't use Joss money for worship and they prefer using 3-ply toilet paper instead of 2...:p

Apparently, Russia is currently stuck with billions of rupee in Indian banks and are not able to spend because Indians firms don't want to accept the Russian orders due to potential secondary sanctions.
russians realise too late that despite Indians wanting to lump themselves in with the other East Asians, Indians as a whole, lack the intelligence and grit of the Chinese, and the spine of the CPC.
