Ideal of DDG 167 improvement

Seems strange that LY-60 and so the Aspide couldn't shot down AShM. The Aspide is more capable than Sparrow. That's a problem for Italian Navy. I hope that Aster will be commissioned soon... I didn't known these things, thank you very much Tphuang!

The first generation Sparrow (and Sea Sparrow) missiles were designed to maximize range and flight time, but not fast acceleration. So it was considered unsuitable for intercepting sea-skimming anti-ship missiles.

I'm not certain if the same description would apply to Aspide or LY-60, however.
