The electronic system has more potential. It is also easier to use as I don't have to stare down a scope, but look at a screen. The Israeli system has more potential; not only is it compatible with pistols, it can be fitted with an 5.56mm assault rifle or a 40mm grenade launcher. An anti-tank version also exists.
