I was thinking they were launched in a hard climb but it doesn't look that way on the small video. Not sure tho.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember at least one of the reliable sources (one of the Guancha guys?) claiming this under-carried ALBM of the H-6N is nuclear only, and therefore wouldn't have an anti-ship role.

I think so.
Presumably the H-20 will be able to carry this internally. Maybe 2 of them.Carrying an ASBM.
