Bomber in the drawing is somewhat smaller than Tu-16/H-6 so I'm guessing it would not be used as loitering "missile truck" . On the other hand , it is too big to be classical deep penetration strike plane . So , possible role would be to stealthy get within few hundred kilometers from critical enemy sites , release cruise missiles and then depart as quickly as possible .

You know, I really want it to be just an H-6 because I don't think I can endure another round of "striptease" so quickly after the box wing uav ordeal just now.
.... But I don't think the profile of the highly pixelated plane matches H-6. The tail is too short, it's clearly canted. the nose is rather sharp, the fuselage looks kind of tapered rather than a tube like H-6. And also the landing gear is in the wrong place.

CJDBY have come out with some of the first "leaks" of new projects in recent years, and it's not like them to post something with it highly pixelated and blurred out like this if it's not important (i.e.: they don't troll very much I think).
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Dare I say that it could be a derivative of this:
The tails are different but the rest of the proportions seem reasonable
If this is a new project I can't imagine what the western reaction will be. It's definitely a large plane, a bomber.

I hate this striptease stuff too, but I'm just going to assume this is a fake until we get actual pictures.

This CJDBY concept reminds me of some of the fictional bombers from the Ace combat videogames.
the design concept in terms of mission role seems to be closer to the Russian Pak Da; in that that concept clearly indicates a preference to super sonic or better speeds. This differs from the American long range strike concept which emphases stealth and cost reduction.

Too early to be the next gen strategic bomber H-XX. Likely to be a stealth heavy fighter-bomber from SAC with more emphasis on the strike part. The size in the drawing may be a bit too big.

I no expert on this kind of stuff but I've played with graphics programs and I know you can move pixels around when blurring. So if it is a H-6 it could be manipulated to look different.
Personally and superficially I'm rooting for the black model we've seen of late. I know the flying wing configuration is probably the best choice. I just like seeing stuff that's different.
