It's a tank alright but not a Panzer IV.

This particular tank design wasn't very succesful where it was used, due to that underpowered gun.

Hungarian Turan 2 medium tank with short 75mm gun.

The Turan 1 with the 40mm gun was even more helpless against the T-34, while the Turan 3 with the long 43M (L/43) tank gun was an one-off.

some soviet artillery tractor...komsomolets?(need to return to this later) There were lot of those captured in finnish service too
