It's an upgraded Type 59 MBT called Al-Zarrar in Pakistan.

BTW Costas, do you have ay pics of Pakistani air defenses in your vast collection? - i'm desperate for research material on that subject - the web appears strangely quite.

LOL, Costas. I think you got everyone there, I keep digging around for a Mi-17 variant with such a nose to no avail until I stumbled upon a site that claims it's just a movie prop.

So the answer is: Mi-17 with a fake nose

Hehe, that's what my initial reaction was upon seeing the pic (The movie was "Mirror Wars"). However, it's a very real, albeit rare version, designated Mi-8MTYu (MTIO in Cyrillic script), according to the Exprint book on the Mi-8/17, see pic below.
