As Kostas has no objections, here is the answer.
This is Object 187, very deep modernization of T-72B carried out in the end of 80's. It has different construction of front plate, new gun and FCS, several versions of engines, new dynamic armour, new welded turret (a version of which was later used on Object 188 aka T-72BU aka T-90). Many features from this prototype are gradually incorporated into T-90 design.

It's a Dutch YPR-765 AIFV.
The thing that tipped me off was the uniforms the soldier was wearing, and the colour of the vehicle. This vehicle was repainted into desert camouflage. Canada hasn't bothered painting their vehicles into a sandy colour.
