Crickey! I've hoodwinked a snake, this must be a truly slippery submarine. If it was the Tiburon, it'd look a bit more like this

Looks like a model submarine for a movie. Although the scenerie looks like Germany, UK or Scandinavia, I haven't been able to pinpoint a minisub of such design as museum ship.

wow! Snake, my confidence in your detective work is restored although I think you're still too far off to declare a win. Scandinavia = Denmark. It's the Kraka, a fully fnctional midget submarine designed and made by very clever chap called Peter Madsen. Here's a page abut it
