It happens to be wrong occasionally, especially in areas I do not delve much into, like, in this case, lightweight mortars.

I had an irritating urge to check Peruvian army at once, because the guy on photo looks the right type, but I disciplined myself into looking into various reference books first

I'd say twin Atoll AAMs on what resembles a SA-9 or SA-13 launcher (pic is too small and fuzzy to be more specific). Former Yugoslavia?
