looks like a WWII-era cruiser built before in the 1930s and it's got both british and american characteristics, but definitely not any of the well-known british or american classes. maybe a modified leander or arethusa class?

i know, that's what's weird: the flush deck definitely says american but the bow looks so 1930s british, and there seem to be a radar dish too. which is why i'm guessing it's probably sold/given to another country after the war and modified extensively.
