We don't need to do that. We are toper in any exam we appear for. We are on top whether it is Microsoft, Google, IBM, twitter, Nasa, world bank, IMF. We pass the exam to become CEO not Chefs.

Free of discrimination except if you are: brown, black, red, yellow, green, liberal, mexican, blue, pink,... But rainbow is ok (we actually hate that too, but pretend you don't know that).
West depend on US to run their organizations and maintain its superiority. White CEOs are making ways for young Indian CEOs. Rule is simple, if you want to be on top, have Indian CEO on top or loose your competitive edge.

This comment difinitely belongs in the funny stuff section LOL How many top competitive companies around the world use an Indian CEO? How many don't? Use data, not imagination. How come Huawei is the world's largest 5G company and it will never even think about touching an Indian CEO? I don't even know why I picked Huawei because there are so many everywhere. China has the most companies in the Fortune500, even more than America; you think we use Indian CEOs? LOLOL How many does India have? I can count with my fingers. How come Indian companies are so uncompetitive in the world? Why's India's economy so poor? Not enough Indian CEOs? LOL
