He's no Kissinger still decently competent fortunately for China rest of the establishment are clowns kinda shows why China performs better if US had a similar civil service exams and meritocratic promotion it's likely someone like Blinken would have been the President and it shows in their long term startegy everything is about getting re elected no regard for national interests he knows it and probably why crying inside while his president could care less
