In what language did these men talk to each other? There is no intepreter in the scene. I don't see earplugs either. Perhaps this is a photo op moment that the intepreter was excluded?

To be pedantic, the California panda flag should say "People's Republic of California", or even "People's Republic of Cascadia". If it was 中华人民共和国, it should be the red flag with five yellow stars.

The video is sped up by 50% to 100%.

1. Listen to the sound of the wind in background.
2. See how rediculously fast the leaves were blow away.

The sound is out of sync with the video, that is there are still multiple sound of drone after all drones have fly away. There is also the rumbling sound which sounds like wind but oscillating. I can't explain these with poor video quality.

So I'd say this video is heavily doctored showing some very ordinary drones.
