Normalization of drug use and exhibitionism under the guise of freedom will be the last big blow of Pax Americana to humanity. American cultural dominance (which IMO never was this strong) means any American trend spreads, especially absurdities. These absurdities mix up with local absurdities outside the USA and you have this picture.
They need to transfer the thong and headgear from the dude on the right to the girl on the left. Then all of society's problems = solved.
