I fired the M40 106 mm recoilless rifle during my conscription in the Turkish military 2 times. Recoilless rifles are terrifying. The RPG-7 too uses the recoilless rifle principle to give initial speed to the round. Even it is bad.

M40 firing. Despite its name, it is actually a 105 mm rifle.
