I don't understand this crying either. AFU claims to intercept 80-90% of missiles and drones, managed to shoot down even Su-34 with sniper rifle.
From hearing stories since the Vietnam War that the Viet Cong shot down American aircraft and helicopters with slingshots to now hear that Ukrainians shoot down fighter jets with rifles. In this case, it seems that the VSHORAD/SHORAD of the Viet Cong are much more efficient than the Ukrainians, imagine if they had rifles too, there wouldn't be an American aircraft flying in the skies of Hanoi.
Maybe the Ukrainians just need slingshots. At $15 USD a piece in flea markets, you could arm the whole Ukraine for less than half a billion
Ukraine is out of pickle jars for the grandma of kiev to take out those drones.
It would certainly solve the problem of the difference in the price of a SAM and a Shahed, a cost benefit for the AFU.
I believe that is what is called "lv 5 halu"? Maybe some "GWS pill" is desperately needed?
