Yes.

It really boggles me how India never considered setting up fences along their semi-high speed rail tracks, and just allow humans and animals to walk across those train tracks like nothing.

This fact also scares me too, especially once India starts operating their first "actual" high speed rail from 2020 2023 2026/2028.

Imagine hitting a person or a buffalo at 320km/h...

Weren't they saying Han-supremacist China is genociding Cantonese, Hokkien, etc despite those being Han languages?
