The twitter handle name is "KyivPost" so I'd assume that he must be serious about the performance of the ghost over Kiev. This tweet could not be a joke mocking the ghost.
But on the other hand, this tweet got 13.8K likes! Are all these 13.8K twitter users so stupid to believe this shit? Or were they thinking this tweet is a joke and liked the sarcasm?
I am perplexed.

What I find funny about the Kanye West/Pete Davidson feud is this a classic case of men who are married to women where after a divorce, the former wives become lesbians and start dating women. Some guys don't want to know that they were that bad at being a man that their wives turn to being lesbians. Here you have Zeus furious that Aphrodite is dating Pete Davidson. Kanye West is so insulted that Kim Kardashian prefers Pete Davidson over him. When one literally thinks of himself as God, it must be a huge ego blow. Kanye must think all these attacks on Pete Davidson is showing how much love he has for Kim Kardashian but it's really about his public image in his mind that he lost to Pete Davidson. Kanye went out with supermodels and actresses after separating from his wife but just plain old Pete Davidson makes it all look moot to an ego-maniac like Kanye.
I think a hungry child would find this quite appropriate!
