Nice to get a sign of life ... but will this include also answer to the most pressing questions, a promotion of the new moderators as promised so long ago??

But I must admit this is not enough! Why don't you reply, may I decide on my own as requested so often during the last months to close all political threads until we have more moderators?

Upgrade postponed. It turns out some functionality (notifications, emails, etc.) that we have right now will not work after the upgrade.

Patience is fine, but I already became grey within the last years.

I will be moving forward with the upgrades (forum software and the look). It will probably happen this week, if not then end of December.

There should not be any downtime but if there is then maybe 1 hour or so.

Planning upgrade to forum on Friday Feb 21st, 2020 - after 5pm New York Time. It might get pushed over into weekend but should happen Friday-saturday night.
