Perfect skillbook cover. When used in conjunction with Hinduvta perk you gain 5 points in cope instead of the usual 3 for each skill book consumed.

Skill book locations include:

Bathinda Field — travel to the burning Rafale wreckage and find the flattened M88 engine. Some times the skill book may spawn under the engine so you need to either crouch near the nozzles or dislodge it with explosives.

Ahknoor Arbor — near the tree with a weird root that looks a bit like Godzilla. It is the third tree to the right when you fast travel to this location.

Pampore Villa West — find the truck with a flatbed parked near the town square fountain. There should be three crates containing LCA Tejas toys stacked on top of each other. The skillbook is on the top crate. You may get stuck fetching the skillbook but you can easily escape by fast traveling to another location.

Ramban power station — there are several feral Jai Hinds roaming the area so it is recommended that you either use a stealth boy to evade them or attack with H&S launchers for bonus damage. The skill book is located next to the mainframe computer on the second floor next to a locked cabinet
