dats quite impressive cuz i'm currently plyin american football at UBC and i my bench max is only 255....and dats cuz i have daily routine workouts wif the football team

decent? And how much do you lift riceboy? A diet rich in rice and nothing else does not provide enough protein you know. You might want some extra chicken with that.

Actually fried rice is full of sausages, chicken, and other fine high-protein meats. I also get 40-50 grams of whey protein a day.

And yes, by decent I was implying that I can lift more than you.
