I don't mean to be cynical, but I hope it wasn't a classic cover-up to blame the deceased pilotWhich is exactly what I said, flying at night, in a high performance fighter is very, very dangerous, look at Capt Haney in Alaska, doesn't take much to "loose spatial orientation", at night, over water, add any kind of maneuvering, its simply "classic".....
