Old photo of first launch , the flight deck surrounded with red line.
Ayi:
The most frustrating episode for military enthusiasts:
They showed the Fujian carrier's sea trials, personnel on deck, a Z-9 helicopter taking off, the deck being washed, J-15 making an appearance, and the deck crew moving into position.
They even showed someone pressing the catapult button
They even played the sound of the catapult launch
But they just wouldn't show the actual catapult launch footage
Driving you crazy lol
So J-15T is indeed the first to be launched from EMALS as i was guesstimating some time back? Makes sense, since it is a mature platform.
Also, does this mean we're looking at an August 1st comissioning?
