Not sure if true, but allegedly the PLANS-18 "Fujian" went indeed out today for her 8th sea trial.

Can anyone confirm she left Shanghai?

Yes they did. It probably has something to do with the booth design.

The showcase is satellite imagery at 30cm resolution, and who wants to see some unassuming dockside scene instead of Fujian, which just so happens to have the 1:1 mockups of its carrier aviation compliments, and pylons/munitions lineup ideal for dimension estimates?

Flip the image to compensate for the booth's layout (i.e. "that damn LED screen") is but a minor inconvenience.
