Pleasant surprise it was named Fujian

I was just thinking it probably wouldn't get named fujian because "fujian jian" doesn't really sound that smooth

Naming 003 as Fujian has some significance if you really want to push it: it's the closest province and across the Strait to Taiwan.

Is pennant = #18 confirmed?
