A satellite update. A portion of the dry dock #4 appears flooded, meaning the 055 unit previously occupying the left side of that portion has been moved. It also looks like maybe a different hull will be occupying the right side of the said portion.

This particular ship is meant to transport ships. It would have no problem carrying a handful of surface warships. Ship shown above happens to be the second largest of its kind in the planet.
