If you may allow me to be pedantic, much as I do not believe any aircraft has been launched from Fujian yet, the subtitles specifically said they would endeavour to launch a “new type of carrier borne aircraft” (J-35?) as soon as possible, instead of just any aircraft.

I was thinking of the KJ-600.

Although you didn't post the full subtitles, this is supposed to be this takeoff assistant speaking his mind (it's hard to imagine a Naval Aviation University cadet keeping up with the real-time progress of the Fujian's sea trials). And at the usual production pace of Chinese military TV news programs, it's highly likely that this video was shot before the third sea trial.
While I'm not too convinced that the Fujian has completed its carrier catapult tests either, this evidence is just too far-fetched.

Like I surmised, someone took it out of context. The full narration is, "On the occasion of the PLA's centennial, I am fully prepared to try to launch our new carrier aircraft on the Fujian carrier soon."
