There needs to be another exclusive dry dock in the north so that the Liaoning doesn't need to go back to the Dalian dry dock for maintenance. That dry dock is constantly being used for building commercial ships.

The second picture of this has Xu Xiake, likely 89, at the right bottom of the picture. We haven't seen this ship for a while. Its clear the ship has followed the Shandong and is based in Sansha.
