So they have another Type 055 fitting out there again this side of the harbor. The other side of the harbor must have ran out of space given the PLAN hasn't collected that finished 052D. COSCO tanker next to it is probably a new ship, that used to occupy that dry dock next to her, which is now where her sister is being built.
