No, not "CV ..." and not "001 A", just "002" until the hull number is given. The other type designations are inventions of marine fanboys. And the ship does not have a name yet.
You can use "航空母舰" instead of "CV" or omit it.

You do not call Kuznetsov "CV 63", Charles de Gaulle "CV 91" or Queen Elizabeth "CV 08". Just omit the "CV".
