Ship crew interchangeability should be practicable. It will be interesting if the airgroup and deck crew of Kuznetzov, Liaoning and "Shandong" cross train on each other's ship. I have seen photos of a French Navy Rafale landing and taking off on a US carrier, not sure if USN Hornets had ever land on and take off from CdG.
