PLANS Liaoning was commissioned in Sept 25, 2012.
Today People's Navy @ weixin.com, the official account of the PLAN, released a video clip announcing the tenth anniversary of the PLAN aircraft carrier operation.
The picture above showing 24 J-15s and 3 helicopters on the deck was made out from the video clip during 04:03 to 04:12.

As I understand it, Shandong can carry 32 J15s and both Shandong and Laioning carry 10-12 helicopters:
Z18F x 5
Z18J x 3
Z18 transport x 2
Z9 plane guard/rescue x2
