The problem is not "If China should donate to Vietnam", it is their altitude, "Vietnam is also asking the Chinese Government for non-refundable aid of 5 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine."
Donation has to be offered without asking or demanding. In Chinese culture demanding a donation regardless the wording is blackmailing and robbery.
But but but the past thousands years have taught China that it was/is always a foo and never a friend. I am not being picky of what is a friend BTW. There are only two neighbors of China that are in this outstanding class.

Some 143 Israelis were as of Wednesday at 12 p.m., according to the Health Ministry. Fifty-eight percent of them were vaccinated, 39% were not and 3% were partially vaccinated, meaning they had taken one dose or a full week had not passed since their second shot.
Only one patient was a child. Five were or women who recently gave birth.
Of the country’s 64 serious patients, including 17 in critical condition, there were 12 who were being invasively ventilated. However, while the percentage of vaccinated cases was high, the percentage of those who require invasive treatment was low: Only three fully vaccinated people were being invasively ventilated.
Doctors say the majority of those being admitted right now are younger people who haven’t been vaccinated, or who are awaiting their second dose. A sizable chunk of admissions, around 14% on the latest available data, are people in their 50s who have been fully vaccinated, as are 45% of deaths. That is a reminder that even after vaccination, older people continue to bear an outsize risk from Covid-19.

We could be looking at another big wave in the states. If this wave ends up being say half the size of the big wave around Christmas it would be a very difficult situation:
- you can keep the country open and let delta rip through the unvaccinated population. Given how easily delta spreads and its ability to case through breakthrough cases even among vaccinated people you could be looking at a lot of deaths
- you can lock down the country again to suppress the wave, causing further damage to the economy, potentially causing the stock market to collapse and cause intense societal tension between vaccinated and unvaccinated people
Oh well, they blame china repeatedly, and now this one is completely on them for not being remotely careful in regards to this pandemic. Still, the number of people died must be a lot higher then reported because as everyone knows, that the USA is a nation of lies. Also, shouldn't the USA be questioning India about way such a dangerous strain has come to America. Either way, lets wait for 2 more months and see if this virus has mutated even more and thus end up tearing the USA apart because they are trying to start a war against China and hence as a result this is something that the USA deserves in full. Funny enough, I can see this finally striking the white house hard enough that it has the potential to basically cause some real damage

By the way, the strains of the virus that have ravaged USA until recently being starting to be overtaken by the Delta variant came from Europe and the UK. The strain of the virus in Wuhan, China possibly never came to USA or died out shortly after arrival and yet the western media will simply ignore all this bare evidence and choose to just blatantly point the fingers at China.
