It's ok if China's results take a little longer. The main thing is that we get results (hopefully not too long) by February or so, and that it works. And by results I mean a completed Stage III clinical trial with shared data, published in a scientific journal.
This trial is complete garbage and the researchers and sponsoring organization needs to be arrested.
There is zero scientific value to this study, as even if it completes in only one month, it will still take weeks to analyze results which means results will be announced in late MAY (per the article), assuming they are even favorable. Congratulations, it can become the 9-10th vaccine to be approved in the world. And how is production going?
Btw, multiple other vaccines will be delivered at a combined rate of 5-10 million a day by then. An attempt by Britain to play catch-up after the failure of Astrazeneca-Oxford?
