Vietnam's currency is undervalued to facilitate exports (like China's economy). They have better infrastructure and their government is modeled after that of China, which allows them to strictly enforce lock down.

I guess his logic is that, when he's sick, he would rather infect others than inhaling his own germ-filled breaths. I guess this must be his way of "getting rid of viruses in his body", i.e. giving the viruses to others!!!

Either he thinks breathing the air of his own already infected body made him get COVID-19 or he thinks his mask was infected and that's how he got it. Since he hasn't claimed any conspiracy that someone else intentionally infected him, it must the first part.
How well China handled COVID shows how far China's economy and governance have come in just 30 years.
