So the delay is acceptable ?
I don't know what you mean by this
This is the reason why company's fail there is such a thing as too much state control
Things are easy government is involved then the collapse happens
The aviation market is a one of the toughest markets, if china wants success in this sector they have to be ruthless and get out the service
Relying on government orders is not a solution if you want to conquer the international aviation market
Off course ARJ21 and C919 were not designed for international market as such but you get my point
Government should not spoil COMAC and turn up the heat
Starting at around 1:05, the reporter said "before it's (C919 #101) leaving for long-distance flight tests, #101 has completed many flight tests..."But to admit, maiden flight in May 2017 and since then NOTHING, no additional flight is not "normal debugging" esp. given the experiences with the A.320-facility. The equally nee Russian MS-21 already had several more flights only a few weeks after maiden flight .. so IMO even if I don't know what's wrong, it is far from a regular progress.

None of these has been the result of some fault on Comac’s part, Wu says, declining to give details. Meanwhile, ground tests are underway on the second of the six flight-test aircraft, says a spokesperson for the state company. ...
But why is then here mentioned that there were indeed issues ... so that:
