I think they won't shut it down until Friday or maybe the weekend. I can still access the forum just 10 minutes ago.

According to the administrator of CJDBY, many members complained they have difficulty accessing the website, problem may lie with telcom company China Mobile.

unfortunately it looks like this has happened again... they said theyd be back on May 25th but it looks like its members only atm.
