USV from Kestrel. It can carry surveillance equipment, weapon stations, drone launchers, explosives for suicide missions, de-mining equipment, etc. It's also air-droppable. Suitable for defense against frogmen. Max speed: 11.7 knots; max payload: 50kg

The mother ship look like PLANS pennant #82 Shichang integrated training ship 世昌号国防动员舰. The sole ship of type 0891A class, commissioned in 1996 December 28th, under command of Dalian Navy Academy. We have not seen this ship for many years.

Its the Indonesian trimaran built by PT Lundin (aka North Sea Boats).
