Where are the tail-mounted engines?
Likely just AI'd to oblivion along with the horizontal tail. Bizjets have relatively back mounted wings that are typically also more swept than airliners.

Edit: You can also clearly see two somewhat separated contrails as well indicating two engines placed relatively apart on each side like a bizjet

It’s most likely just a passenger plane with a dark-colored rear section, similar to this scheme. When taking photos from a great distance, the smartphone’s tiny CCD sensor and poor compression algorithms fail to distinguish between similar shades in bright conditions, making the tail appear to blend into the blue sky.

Besides, contrails don’t usually start forming that far behind the plane. If you add a tail section, the position of the contrail looks much more plausible.

Well, def not a bizjet lol.

From that altitude, at this distance, with the specific camera quality in question? I would not rule it out being a bizjet.

That said whether it's a bizjet or a drone doesn't really matter -- we know the PLA have many weird and wonderful UAVs of different sizes and configurations anyhow, and whether this specific thing is a UAV doesn't really matter
