What is the tail like surface ??? Is it a modified picture ?

Go back and actually read the thread. CH-7 has always had attachment points for tail surfaces. Very likely they don't actually have rudders or move.
As far as I remember this is indeed the first time we See a video of both a J-20 and a GJ-11 UCAV flying together. Seen here on final approach for landing.
