It does appear to be rather large in these photo's. Assuming that tiny front dot is the nose gear, and unless that nose gear is comically small. It would appear to be at least similar in size to the J-36 no?
I've put together some images of the J-36 we have at similar angles:

[Bottom left] We get a good view of the underside and its clean forward-swept trailing edges before the “lambda tips”, with no engine nozzle or TVC panel-esque angled protrusions.

[Top left] Its orientation is rotated slightly and now we can see what are either protrusions out the trailing edge, or what look more to be humps for engines — I see a distinct pair of humps either side of the centerline (which also seem large in proportion to the rest if the aircraft

Yeah my first instinct was this could be some photoshopped J-36's, with the similarities I saw in some of the details, like the landing gear door sticking out, pitot tube and nose shape.

Any chance this could be an alternative prototype developed in parallel for J-36? Perhaps they are testing different wing geometries / control surfaces and have yet to select a final design? Or could the J-36 that was revealed be more of an initial tech demonstrator and this is either an actual prototype or later tech demonstrator?

If this is the same plane seen with the Y-9, could size be roughly estimated from that? And yeah, what the hell is this? Scale/subscaled demonstrator of the carrier fighter in the patent above? Chengdu 6th gen demonstrator, the one seen in 2021 ( though i'm not sure if the planform matches? Or a 6th gen demonstrator? Or high end CCA?

I seem to remember seeing a drawing from 2024 when the rumours of the 6th gens started swirling of a 3 engined design 6th gen fighter that was kinda like a mix of J-36 and J-50, could this be that?

I've been starring at this blurry pixelated photo for too long. It's undercarriage definitely appears to be the same as the J-36. However the planform is definitely different.

Other less likely guesses. Chinese Aurora (because why not- do i see 3 wheels on the main gear)? Supersonic bomber, H-20 or something else (wasn't there a discussion recently about the possibility of sub and supersonic bombers being procured simultaneously?)

Interesting theory and indeed not unlikely given how often we have been fooled recently!

By the way, could it be that "X" is down right now?
