That's apparently a patent for a variable-sweep wing carrier-based aircraft (变后掠翼舰载机) design, or so it reads, assigned to Northwestern Polytechnical University (西北工业大学), which is
no ordinary school.
They've done a significant amount of work for the Chinese military-industrial complex over the decades, on top of the human capital they've trained and contributed.
