Yeah, the designations are a mess. Did the parade announcer call out any sort of names for systems when they would pass by? I am not asking just for drones, but all the systems shown at the parade?

Dayum that's 1/cos(c)

Two of the world's first fighter sized, supersonic, heavy load CCAs. Both look air to air focused possibly with multirole mission profiles. Now can we get these bad boys onboard the newer CATOBAR carriers please. They might not be able to do too much anti-shipping with IWB limitations but as part of the PLANAF carrier air wing.

Both appear to be equipped with mid thrust class afterburning turbofans whereas GJ-11 would be using a non-afterburning variant of WS-21 or WS-19 is future.

Are these engines WS-21?

No these are WS-10 variants probably the same ones used on J-20A. These drones are heavy, likely F-16 to J-10 sized. They also are not simply CCAs or loyal wingman as they are described as "Unmanned Air Superiority Fighter" or "无人制空作战飞机". I would assume that means these aircraft would be capable of carrying out air superiority missions completely alone. The actual CCAs are the relatively smaller ones in front.

It’s long been rumored (I first heard it from 约克 over a year ago, and recently Yankee also casually mentioned it) that the naval version of the GJ-11 is called the GJ-21. I would find it odd if the number 21 shown hadn’t been chosen deliberately.
