It is clearly based on the FH-97 (not the FH-97A), but with some improvements: the wing design has changed, twin engines to a single engine, intake design may have changed. The nose or the front fuselage is less pointy

I wouldn't say it's based off FH-97.
It's just such a generic planform that aircraft as varied as XQ-58, YFQ-42, Russian Grom (at least the initial aspirational design), Korean KUS-LW, Indian CATS, all broadly have a similar geometry.
The fact that China also have more than one UCAV/CCA design with such a planform shouldn't be a huge surprise. I wouldn't be surprised if multiple institutes reached a similar planform semi-independently.
