I can't tell for sure, but this looks like an anti-drone system. The green object in one of the storage compartments should be a drone zapper. The vehicle features two masts, but the image doesn't show the second mast in its entirety. I'm guessing that it mounts a radar and emitters for disabling drones.

Since this product is CETC, they only make the electronics inside the drone, right? Not a new drone altogether?

My drone spotting skills are subpar.

Both show an inverted joined V tail - pointing upwards.
