At least it didn't get hacked and landed perfectly in Iran like the RQ-170.

Saudi Arabia and UAE have reportedly purchased and operating CH-4 UAVs for their Yemem intervention after failing to get U.S MQ-1s.

Henri K. is reporting that the Soar Dragon / EA-03 UAV was originally developed for the PLA Navy but the PLAAF is also ordering it.
