The guys being briefed on is Deputy Minister, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the lady next to him is Chinese Academy of Engineering academician Zhang Litong, one of the best composite material scientists in China specialized in temperature resistant composites, the other guys are school officials. The picture was taken during his visit to the Northwestern Polytechnical University, which has the best UAV R&D center in China.

The key points of that display is that this CUAV is a CAC private project, and that it has already been exported to foreign customer in 2011.

Since PAF is suppose to get UAV technology from the US as part of the drone attack deal, the other potential customers including central Asian countries, Bangladesh, Turkey, or even Nigeria.
