The conventional global hawk esque shaped UAV is Wing Loong-10 also known as Cloud Shadow.
The flying wing UAV may be new, it looks slightly different from the Tianying flying wing UAV we've seen before which was a similar size but had a continuous leading edge.

It looks like a slightly upsized Cloud Shadow-550T UAV

Neither of them are that exciting.
Obviously the Cloud Shadow itself is not new.
And for the flying wing, well we've seen similar sized flying wing UAVs before, and it is really too small to be that interesting beyond something that's RQ-170 level at best.

In fact it looks similar in configuration but overall much larger ... on FB someone said it is CHenfei's loyal wingman UAV but I'm not sure.

Yes, as I said, it looks slightly upsized.

But as far as flying wing UAVs go, it is still relatively small -- smaller than something like GJ-11, or however big CH-7 was meant to be.

And certainly smaller than the likes of X-47B, S-70.

It’s a target drone.

It’s a target drone.
Is this going to be the aircraft equivalent of its a type-59 varient moving forward because I'm all for it.

J-6? Target drone. J-15? Also target drone. LM-9? You guessed it, target drone.

Unless of course they're all type-59 derivatives.
