I feel the same , cost a shit load of money to make a drone this compact, while in most scenarios , it really doesn’t matter if the drone was 100g heavier

Allegedly this is the first image of the real Skyhawk stealthy flying wing UAV/UCAV (?) prototype and no longer the full-scale model, which was shown at the Zhuhai Air Show 2018.
However in comparison to the model shown at Zhuhai, it looks larger or was the one at Zhuhai not full scale?

Viewed from the front and full width not shown is probably giving a false sense of scale.
May be an explanation, but I was standing besides that "model/mock-up" in 2018 and in looked much smaller at least not as big as it would enable to knee under its wings.

Camera height below the fuselage and curvature of the fuselage makes the UAV appear taller than it should be.
The drone is obviously much larger than the model.
Compare the size of the wheel vs people, it's clear the one in Zhuhai was much smaller.
